Refund Policy.
BooKoo Buxs, LLC (hereinafter also referred to as “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) operates www.bookoobuxs.com (“Website”) and provides free trading courses to the users along with this the website also provides mentorship and community of like-minded individuals by using a third party website i.e discord.com. (”Services”).
Cancellation of Subscription: Users are free to cancel their subscription at any point in time. If a user wishes to cancel their subscription, they must do so before the next billing cycle begins to avoid being charged for the next term. Users may cancel their subscription by sending a cancellation request to us.
Refunds: Once a user has joined the Discord server, there will not be any refunds available for the term they have paid for. Zero exceptions. The services are granted immediately upon joining, and we will be unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.
Exceptions: We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the services, technical issues, or changes in personal circumstances. Zero exceptions.
Disputed Charges: If a user believes that they have been charged in error, they must contact our customer support team to resolve the issue. We will investigate the matter and provide a resolution as soon as possible. Chargebacks or disputes initiated without contacting us first will be considered a breach of our terms and conditions.
Changes to Refund Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update our refund policy at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.
